The following information is very important!

- March 1st at 8.00 AM CET - March 15th at 11.00 AM CET: To make sure pre-approved applicants get their spot on the congress, we ask all ExCo, EO's and local Presidents to apply at the latest by March 15th.

- NOTE: If EO's and Local Presidents fail to apply before march 15th, we cannot guarantee you a spot on the congress. Therefore please respect the cutoff date mentioned above.

- March 1st at 8.00 AM CET - March 30th at 11.00 AM CET: Application period for all applicants.

- April 15th at 8.00 PM CET: by this time all delegates will have recieved an email if they have been chosen to attend the congress.

Delegates will be chosen on a "First come - First served" principle, therefore we encourage you to apply as early as possible, however, do not apply before the application period starts, as applications filed before the application period starts will not be considered!

- The total balance of 330 euro is payable at the latest 4 weeks from the date you have recieved your confirmation email. The email will include the payment details. If you fail to pay the congress fee within this time limit, we reserve the right to reassign your spot to somebody else.

- If you require a visa to enter Denmark, you will need a Letter of Invitation. You need to write an email to applications@ivsadenmark.dk requesting a Letter of Invitation. Put "Letter of Invitation" in the Subject line. You need to do this at the latest on April 25th at 8.00 PM CET, but please do so as early as possible.

- When you have booked your flights, please send an email to applications@ivsadenmark.dk with your arrival and departure times, and please include your flight numbers. Put "Flight times" in the Subject line. This email needs to be with us at the latest on June 1st at 8.00 PM CET.
